Professor Horowitz teaches in the area of tax law.
Professional Experience
Horowitz is a deputy district attorney with the Santa Barbara County District Attorney’s Office. He was a special agent with the Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation Division, where he investigated criminal violations of federal law including tax evasion, tax fraud, money laundering, the Bank Secrecy Act, and asset forfeiture.
