Areas of Expertise
Professor Lopez is the current director of USD's Administrative Hearing Program and is a faculty supervisor for the mediation internship program.
Professional Experience
Lopez practiced in the areas of civil litigation, antitrust class action litigation, and health care litigation. He is an adjunct instructor with the USD Paralegal program where he teaches courses in introduction to law for paralegals, contracts, and remedies.
Honors and Affiliations
Lopez is a member of the American Bar Association's National Council of Administrative Law Judiciary, Judicial Independence Committee and the Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice, Adjudication Committee. He is also a member of the National Association of Administrative Law Judiciary.
