Areas of Expertise
Professor Wiggins teaches in the areas of alternative dispute resolution, mediation and international negotiations.
Professional Experience
Wiggins served as visiting professor of internal medicine at Oregon Health Sciences University. He joined USD School of Law in 1974.
Honors and Affiliations
Wiggins was editor-in-chief of the Hastings Law Journal, and received a Fulbright Fellowship to the National Law School of India in Bangalore. Wiggins is a consultant in Eastern Europe for Partners for Democratic Change.

Wiggins' publications include Negotiation and Settlement Advocacy (with Lowry) (West Group, 1997) and "Transplanting North American Public Interest Mediation to Central Europe" in 10 Mediation Quarterly 273 (1993).
