Areas of Expertise
Professor Shue teaches in the areas of tax, trusts and estates.
Professional Experience
Shue practiced law with the predecessor to Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich (now DLA Piper) in San Diego. She joined the USD School of Law faculty in 1977.
Honors and Affiliations
Shue graduated summa cum laude for the University of San Diego, where she was notes and comments editor of the San Diego Law Review. She is a member of the American Law Institute.
Key Works
Shue’s publications include State Computer Law: Commentary/Cases/Statutes (with Vergari) (West, 2011) and the treatise Fundamentals of Computer-High Technology Law (with Vergari) (American Law Institute, 1991).
