Areas of Expertise
Professor Auerbach teaches and writes in the areas of administrative and constitutional law.
Professional Experience
Auerbach taught for more than 30 years at the University of Wisconsin and at the University of Minnesota. He joined the USD School of Law faculty in 1985.
Honors and Affiliations
Auerbach was the 1994 recipient of the prestigious American Bar Foundation Award for outstanding research in law and government. He is a member of the American Law Institute and the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.
