Professor Simon teaches in the area of sports law.
Professional Experience
Simon has been a litigator in San Diego since 1983. He is of counsel at Robbins, Geller, Rudman and Dowd, where he was previously a managing partner, and specializes in complex litigation, including class actions in the fields of antitrust, securities and consumer law.
Honors and Affiliations
Simon has taught complex civil litigation, a seminar on the litigation process, and sports law at Duke University and the University of Southern California. He is a frequent lecturer on legal issues, active in the ACLU and other public interest organizations, a delegate to the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference, and owns part of a minor league baseball team.
