Professor Richardson teaches in the area of environmental law.
Professional Experience
Richardson is a partner in the San Diego office of Latham & Watkins, where he handles a variety of environmental compliance, transactional and litigation matters emphasizing storm water compliance, hazardous waste management, waste water compliance, site cleanups, air issues and due diligence. He worked for Mobil Oil Corporation in the areas of contracts and environmental compliance.
Honors and Affiliations
Richardson is a former co-chair of the San Diego County Bar Association's Environmental Section.
