Professor Quinn is a supervising attorney for USD's Land Development Clinic.
Professional Experience
Quinn is an attorney and mediator, and former director of the Center for Municipal Dispute Resolution, which provides mediation and administrative hearings for the city of San Diego. She joined USD School of Law in 1990.
