Professor Matias teaches in the areas of entrepreneurship and business law.
Professional Experience
Matias practiced at Morrison & Foerster in San Francisco before moving to Berg, Ziegler, Anderson & Parker. She was a public interest lawyer with the Institute for Justice in Washington, D.C., where she litigated constitutional cases against federal, state and local entities nationwide. Matias joined USD School of Law in 2001 and helped found USD's Entrepreneurship Clinic.
