Professor Kaufman teaches topics in insurance law.
Professional Experience
Kaufman is an accomplished civil litigator in the area of insurance defense. She has litigated major cases including bad faith, personal injury, professional liability, employment discrimination and harassment, commercial and business claims, property damage, environmental claims and wrongful death for some of the nation’s leading insurers.
Honors and Affiliations
Kaufman graduated with honors from the University of San Diego, where she was an editor of the San Diego Law Review. She is a member of the San Diego County Bar, San Diego Defense Lawyer, and the Greater San Diego Business Association.
