Areas of Expertise
Professor Henning teaches civil procedure, animal law and cyberspace law.
Professional Experience
Henning clerked for the Honorable John Davies of the United States District Court in Los Angeles. Following her clerkship, she was an associate at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom, where she specialized in securities litigation. She later worked at Jones Day Reavis & Pogue practicing in the area of patent litigation. Before coming to San Diego, she taught at the University of Dayton School of Law.
Honors and Affiliations
Henning received USD’s Thorsnes Prize to a Visitor for Excellence in Teaching in 2007.
