Professor Kenfack teaches in the area of International Finance.
Professional Experience
Kenfack is Dean and Professor of Private Law in the Toulouse Law School (Faculte de Droit) of the University of Toulouse. Kenfack specializes in law of contract, international trade law, and international banking and finance law. He has been a visiting professor at the Saint Louis University School of Law and universities in Belgium, Lebanon, Morocco, Poland, Chad, and La Matinique.
Honors and Affiliations
Kenfack belongs to the French Committee of Private International Law and the Working Group on International Contracts.
Key Works
Kenfack has written four books and numerous articles on international trade, international commercial law, international contracts, and international finance. His works include Droit du commerce international (The Law of International Trade), 4th Ed. (Dalloz, 2012), Droit Commerical (Commercial Law), 3rd Ed. (Dalloz, 2011), and an article on conflict of law in the Journal de Droit International.
