Continuing Legal Education

The University of San Diego School of Law is pleased to offer a variety of continuing legal education opportunities each year.

As a State Bar of California approved MCLE provider, the School of Law provides numerous programs throughout the year that qualify for MCLE credit, such as our annual Procopio International Tax Institute and Nathanson Lecture. In addition to these yearly programs, we offer various symposia and lectures discussing issues currently facing the legal community, which provide practitioners with valuable learning tools to enhance their practice. Please visit the MCLE Event Calendar for more information on upcoming opportunities to earn MCLE credit.

In addition, the School of Law offers the option of auditing courses. Auditing a course is an excellent choice for busy attorneys who may be interested in brushing up on a particular legal topic, or who are trying to gain expertise in an area of law new to them, but who do not have time to enroll as a degree-seeking student. The opportunity to audit courses allows individuals to take advantage of the available School of Law curriculum, which includes a wide variety of contemporary and dynamic courses. Please review our Auditor Information for more details.
