Director, Jenny Craig Pavilion
Joshua Lawrence joined the University of San Diego as the Director of the Jenny Craig Pavilion in August 2003. He oversees the day-to-day operation, management and marketing of the Pavilion. Josh is responsible for attracting and coordinating events that include NCAA competitions, Associated Student productions, as well as locally sponsored athletic and entertainment events.
Prior to coming to USD, Josh was the Assistant Director responsible for Operations with UC San Diego's Sports Facilities. Josh was responsible for managing and operating a diverse number of facilities that included RIMAC Arena, athletic fields, and competition pools on the campus. His responsibilities included daily operations for a wide variety of events from athletic competition to concert production.
Josh is a graduate of UC San Diego (1993, BA in Political Science and United States History).

Branda Cook
Assistant Director, Operations, Jenny Craig Pavilion
Branda Cook joined the University of San Diego as the Assistant Director of the Jenny Craig Pavilion in May 2006. She works in coordination with the Director of the Pavilion to ensure smooth facility operation with a focus on student employee management and liaison to other USD departments and vendors.
Branda began her employment at the University of San Diego in 2002 as the Assistant Director of Operations for the Ernest Hahn University Center. She was responsible for the day-to-day operation of the facility ensuring a clean, fun and safe environment while motivating, mentoring and managing student staff that worked in the Center. Prior to USD, she taught Life Science and Physical Science at the Community Learning Center for Mira Costa Community College for six years. Additionally, Branda served as the General Manager of two retail stores for four years.
A USD 1997 alumna with a B.A. Marine Science, emphasis in Biology. Branda is currently working toward her Masters of Marine Science at USD.

Sierra Foster
Assistant Director, Ticketing, Jenny Craig
Pavilion
Sierra Foster joined the University of San Diego as the Jenny Craig Pavilion Ticket Manager in August 2006. She oversees all ticket operations for Torero athletic events, in addition to ticketing for various concerts and special events.
Sierra previously worked as the ticket manager at Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. Prior to that Sierra worked as the Director of Ticket Operations for the Gary SouthShore RailCats; a minor league baseball team in Gary, Indiana.
A native of La Harpe, Illinois, Sierra received her BS in Marketing from the Universityof North Carolina Charlotte. She returned to the midwest and earned her MS in Sport Management from Western Illinois University.

Joey Smits
Operations Manager
Joey Smits joined the University of San Diego as the Operations Manager of the Jenny Craig Pavilion in September 2008. He is responsible for everyday building operations and maintaining the facility. Joey is also in charge of training and managing a student staff that specializes in customer service and building operations.
Joey is a graduate of the USD Honors Program (2008, BBA in Business Administration, BA in Political Science).
