Single-Line Sets

Abbreviated Dialing
To program or reprogram an outside number into a personal list
1. On a separate sheet of paper, write down the outside numbers you want to program as items on your personal list. (List of 5 or 10). Each telephone number is stored as a separate list item.
2. Pick up the handset. [dial tone]
3. Dial the Program code *0. [dial tone]
4. Dial the personal list number (1). [dial tone]
5. Dial the list item (1, 2, or 3). [dial tone]
6. Dial the number you want to program (up to 24 digits).
7. Press <#>. [confirmation tone]
8. Repeat Steps 4 through 6 if you want to program additional items.
9. Hang up to end programming.

To place a call using a personal list
1. Dial *7 [dial tone]
2. Dial the desired list item number (1, 2, or 3...).

Call Forwarding All Calls
To temporarily redirect all calls to an extension number of your choice
1. Dial the Call Forward code *2. [dial tone]
2. Dial the extension where calls will be sent [confirmation tone]
3. Hang up.

To cancel Call Forwarding
1. Dial the Call Forward Cancel code #2. [confirmation tone]

Call Pickup
To answer a call to a member of your pickup group when your telephone is idle
1. Dial the Call Pickup code #4.

Conference
To add a third party to a call
1. Press <Flash>.
2. Dial the number of the third party.
3. Press <Flash>.
4. Announce the call. [recall dial tone]

To drop third party
1 Press <Flash>.

Call Park
To park a call at your extension (for retrieval from any extension)
1. Press <Flash>. [recall dial tone]
2. Dial the Call Park code #7. [confirmation tone]
3. Hang up.

To retrieve parked call from any extension
1. Dial the Answer Back code #8. [dial tone]
2. Dial the extension where the call is parked, [confirmation tone]

Hold
To put a call on hold
1. Press <Hold>.
2. Hang up the handset. [dial tone]

To return to the held call
1. Lift the handset.

Last Number Dialed (Redial)
To automatically redial the last number you dialed (up to 28 digits)
1. Pick up the handset. [dial tone]
2. Press <Redial>.

Send All Calls
To send all incoming calls immediately to coverage (voice mail)
1. Dial the Send All Calls code *3. [confirmation tone]
2. Hang up.

To cancel Send All Calls
1. Dial the Send All Calls Cancel code #3. [confirmation tone]

Transfer
To send the present call to another extension number
1. Press <Flash>. [recall dial tone]
2. Dial the number to which the call is to be transferred. [ring tone]
3. Announce call or hang up. (If the number dialed is busy or not answered, press <Flash> twice to return to the held call.

Volume Control
To adjust the handset volume

1. Press the handset volume up or down.
