ITS Help Desk
The ITS Help Desk (formerly the Tech Support Center) is your one stop for technology support at USD. We have many support options available:
- Search our Knowledge Base for known solutions and frequently asked questions.
- Submit a request to have an ITS Help Desk Agent assist you. This will take you to our ITS Help Desk ticketing system where you can submit a request.
- Send an email to help@sandiego.edu This will automatically generate an ITS Help Desk request.
- Call the ITS Help Desk at (619) 260-7900, day or night!
- View a list of currently posted outages.

The ITS Help Desk also has walk in support available. Come visit us in UC 117 (near One Stop Services) during the following hours:
- 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday
- 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. Friday
- Intersession/Summer hours are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday-Friday
