Which Divisions have already opted-in for Qualtrics?
Academic Technology Services (ATS) has partnered with the following schools and divisions to license this product in an effort to facilitate research, teaching and departmental needs.
If you are a faculty member, staff member or student in one of these divisions please create your account by following the instructions under How do I get Qualtrics?

If you are NOT affiliated with one of the schools or departments listed above, Qualtrics may still be available, however, cost sharing fees will apply. Please complete the Qualtrics Access Request Form to opt-in for either a Single license ($500 annually) or a Division license ($2000 annually).
When you first create your Qualtrics account, you will be placed into one of the following user types, based upon your MySanDiego account type.
