	I am part of the telecommunications technician team that is responsible for processing requests of communication services including adds, moves, and repair of telephone services,cable/TV and data/network connections for faculty, staff, and student resident halls. I am also involved with administration of the AVAYA telephone system and maintaining a network of cable (copper, coax, and fiber optic), telephone switches, and data network equipment for the campus.
