	I am primarily in charge of the maintenance and repair of the ITS computing labs and secondarily any other computer stations that I am called upon to troubleshoot. I also extend help over the phone to faculty, staff and co-workers as needed. I answer inquires about computer systems and provide information on how to build a better computer and where to obtain computer components and related equipment. I have been working at the University for over 30 years.
