	I am the Desktop Support Technician supporting the technology needs for faculty and staff in the School of Business Administration. While I mostly support PC desktop systems and related peripherals, I can also support Macintosh computers. One of my major duties is the configuration, installation, and maintenance of computers acquired through the computer replacement program for my area.
