	As the Budget & Operations Manager, I am responsible for helping the CIO and the ITS Directors manage their budgets. I also supervise the clerical staff in ITS, as well as the Inventory and Budget Coordinator, in which we manage the computer hardware and software inventories, plus the computer replacement program. In addition, I assist the CIO with all personnel matters.
