I serve as the first point of contact for campus clients who are experiencing problems with information technology services needed for their work. I answer Help Desk telephone calls and e-mails and log problem reports. I guide faculty and staff to problem resolutions when feasible and schedule a visit by a Desktop Support Technician when telephone resolution is not possible. | |
