	I am the computer lab manager for Academic Technology Services. I manage seven computer labs as well as supervise over sixty lab assistants and two lab supervisors. I assist users with troubleshooting Microsoft Office, scanning software such as Photoshop and Omnipage, and Web development programs such as Frontpage, Netscape Composer, and Dreamweaver.
