Emergency After Hours

We know that you are teaching after hours and technology does not always work as expected. We have been extending our hours of support at the start of each semester so that we can provide you with a better experience using technology. We are piloting new ways to make faculty and students have a better experience as they begin any new semester. 

Emergency After Hours Requests

  • For our on-call emergency service support, please contact our Help Desk at (619) 260-7900
  • For our on-call classroom technology issues support (ie: AV, Podium, Projector) please contact Media Services at (619) 260-4567
