Microsoft

ITS has purchased a Microsoft Campus Agreement that includes Microsoft Office Professional (for Windows and Macintosh), and Visual Studio Professional Edition.  Included in Office Professional are Access, Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Windows XP Professional operation system.

Our Campus Agreement is based on full-time equivalent counts of faculty and staff, as well as students.  We do have Work At Home Rights.  This means faculty and staff have the right to run one copy on a home computer, for work-related purposes only. 

Currently there is no cost associated with Microsoft Campus Agreement.  Office Professional is automatically installed on all computers purchased and leased with university dollars before being deployed to the end-user. 

To obtain a copy for Work At Home Rights, please download the attached agreement, sign, and turn into ITS.
