Pronunciation Instructions

The purpose of recording your name is to provide an audio sample for the readers to use to practice the correct pronunciation of you name.

SYSTEM  AVAILABILITY:

View the on-campus kiosk schedule below.

Record your name as you have listed it on the Petition To Graduate form.

To view the instructions for recording and upload of your name, you have two options:

  1. Do it yourself by clicking the "ON-LINE" button following the instructions.
  2. Click the "ON CAMPUS" button to find out locations on campus for recording your name.

Students should upload their mp3 file no later than Friday, May 26, 2017 to allow readers enough time to review files before Commencement weekend..


On-Campus Option

All equipment and software will be provided to you. An assistant will be on hand to take you through the process.ID Card

Please Note: Be sure to record your name by 3pm on Friday, May 26, 2017.

You need to provide your Student ID Card.

Find a location and time that suits you below. There is no need to make a reservation, but understand that locations will become more crowded as the ceremony date approaches.
