Reserve a Computer Lab
To reserve one of our instructional labs please select the link below. Your request should be submitted by the deadline dates listed which is approximately one month prior to the start of the semester. If you have an application that you would like to install during the course of a year, you need to obtain a licensed copy or permission from the publishers for the installation and use in a lab environment. No demos or temporary installations are permitted.
Submitting your request by the deadline dates below will guarantee your request is considered for installation. These deadline dates are critical for timely management of all software installations of applications, testing, imaging and configurations in our labs.

How to reserve a computer lab:
- Click on the link below
- Login with your MySanDiego credentials
- Click on Reservations
- Select Computer Lab Request and fill out all necessary reservation information. Once your request is submitted, you will receive a confirmation within 48 hours of your submission.
Login is required. For use by USD faculty and staff.
IMPORTANT: Due to the increased demand for classes to be conducted in an instructional lab, we are currently running into scheduling difficulties. While we are trying to accommodate teaching with technology in our computing labs, we ask for your cooperation. When submitting requests for lab use, we ask that you select only the dates that you require access to computers so that we can accommodate requests for computer lab access. Thank you.
