Telecomm Work Requests
For help with existing phone service, computer data connections, television, or voice mail, call x7500.
To request equipment moves, adds, or changes, submit your request via e-mail to email@example.com. All work requests will now be processed by e-mail only.
Please remember to cc your supervisor/budget administrator. Always include the department's POETS and Legacy budget codes. In some cases, work requests may incur charges and require notification of your supervisor/budget administrator for approval.
All trouble reports will be called in to x7500.
