USD offers contact or directory information on People and Organization Search, through the USD web site. Find People is a web program that allows for search capabilities on an individual's name or department. There are advanced search capabilities in Find People, as well. Department and Organizational search capabilities are also offered through the USD web site.

Help Desk (for technology support)
The university provides a 24x7 technology help desk service for all technology-related problems. The ITS Help Desk management and staff are the first level of technical support and have an online technical "knowledge base" to assist in troubleshooting technology problems. ITS uses a service called Pharos to manage and track printing in certain areas of campus, allowing departments to bill users for prints. A user will print to a specific printer, then visit an omega terminal. Once they swipe their USD ID card or campus cash card, the print job is released and the fee is charged to their campus cash account.
