The page is designed to inform faculty and staff of iPad purchases for USD academic or business purposes; this information does not apply to personal purchases.
Use this form if you would like to request a quote from ITS on purchasing iPads or iPad accessories with department or grant funds. iPads are not covered by the Computer Replacement Program. However, iPads must by purchased through ITS. If you would like a quote on any accessories, please note these in the "notes" section.
The university requires that all iPad purchases for university business include the Applecare warranty. This is a two-year warranty which allows for Apple technical support. The cost is $99. Please note that the university requires Applecare be purchased with all Apple computers as well.
