Request Lab, Classroom or Public Workstation Computers

Use this form if you are placing an order for multiple computers and/or lab, classroom or public workstation computers. These computers are not leased but are funded by the Computer Replacement Program in most cases. Please submit one order per room/classroom. Funding for replacement of departmental computer lab, research, or other special purpose equipment is subject to agreement between the purchasing department and the Dean's Office, the Provost Office, and Infomration Technology Services.
