Kronos is an hourly timekeeping system that is used to track employee time either from a time clock or through the Web. Kronos is typically used by hourly employees to submit their work hours, sick leave, vacation time, etc. Reports are available to supervisors and to USD Payroll.
Staff USD hourly employees, including student workers. Supervisors of these employees also have access to Kronos.

Must be a University of San Diego employee paid hourly (typically on the bi-weekly payroll) and designated to use Kronos, or the supervisor of an hourly employee.
Data security restrictions
Requires a University of San Diego ID card for a time clock, or a username and password for the Web
How to use
Kronos time clocks are located in several key areas for employee who use time clocks. To enter time visit kronos.sandiego.edu and log in with your MySanDiego (LDAP) username and password. If you experience any problems with Java on your computer, you can use kronos.sandiego.edu/mac to enter time (and call the ITS Help Desk at 619-260-7900 for further support).
