Overview

Blackboard Learn will be replacing WebCT CE8 in August 2012 after 10+ years of service. The new system will provide USD with a robust, full-featured set of tools for managing online classes to enhance student learning. The ATS training unit will be coordinating training sessions on the product.

Features

Provide digital content for courses, including lectures, quizzes, and assignment submission. It also allows for collaboration through chat and message boards

Requirements

Faculty/staff instructors must attend a basic training course before courses can be added. All users must have a compatible web browser for access.
