Here are some common phone commands for the office Avaya phone system

To forward calls to another extension

Pick up your office phone and dial *2.  You'll hear a tone.  Then, dial the 4 digit extension that you want your calls forwarded to.

To cancel call forwarding

Pick up your office phone and dial #2

To send your calls to voice mail (SAC)

Pick up your office phone and dial *3.

To cancel sending all calls to voice mail.

Pick up your office phone and dial #3.
