Outlook is giving me an exclusmbx.ad.sandiego.edu login prompt, what do I do?

Outlook users may occasionally get a prompt asking them to connect to exclusmbx.ad.sandiego.edu, which is the Exchange email server. To connect, replace the username with 'AD\' followed by your USD username. (ex. AD\username), then enter your AD password. This should reconnect Outlook to the Exchange server. In some cases, it may be necessary to restart Outlook and/or the computer.
