What is StarRez?
StarRez is an online portal which allows students to complete their application for housing at USD. It is accessible by visiting http://starportal.sandiego.edu/StarRezPortal/ and logging in using the same username and password you use to access the mysandiego portal and toreromail.
Why do I want to use StarRez?
Housing requires students applying for housing to submit their applications online via StarRez. Since paper applications are not available, StarRez is the only way to apply for on-campus housing at USD.
How do I get access to StarRez?
You will have access to StarRez within 48 hours of creating your mysandiego account. To access StarRez please visit http://starportal.sandiego.edu/StarRezPortal/ and log in using the same username and password you use to access the mysandiego portal.
How do I get assistance using StarRez?
If you are experiencing trouble accessing or logging into StarRez, please contact the ITS Help Desk at 619-260-7900 or dial extension 7900 from any on-campus phone. You may also create your own ticket online for assistance regarding accessing StarRez by creating a ticket.
