What is Kronos?
Kronos is the online timecard system used by Faculty, Staff, and Student Workers of USD. The Kronos system allows you to input and sign your timecard to be approved by your supervisor every pay period. It tracks all daily and weekly totals, and is fully functional for people with multiple campus jobs on the same timecard.
Why do I want Kronos?
If you work for the University, you need to submit your timecards via Kronos in order to be paid on the bi-monthly pay schedule.
How do I get access to Kronos?
If you are a current hourly employee or if you supervise hourly employees, you will be given access to Kronos after employment paperwork is processed. You may access Kronos at https://kronos.sandiego.edu or through the MySanDiego portal. Your MySanDiego username and password will give you access to your timecard.
How do I get help?

What type of support does the ITS Help Desk offer?
The Help Desk can help to troubleshoot any error messages or the inability to login to your timecard. We may also contact the vendor in case of campus wide issues.
