During some migrations distribution lists may stop functioning. If the distribution lists are still in Outlook and look accurate, open up the distribution list and click the "Update Now" button. This should refresh the list and make the distribution list accessible. You will also need to delete the entries in the user's NK2 file that reference the distribution lists as well, as those will remain broken.
