What do I do when I receive the error "Not Connected to Site" in Contribute/Dreamweaver?

Staff Faculty

Make sure they are connected to the Web server (files.sandiego.edu)


Dreamweaver: Site > Manage Sites > Highlight proper site > Edit > Advanced View > Make sure information in Remote Info is complete.  Also verify that the "Use Secure FTP" option is checked.

 

Contribute: Edit > My Connections > Make sure they have that site active in the resulting list.  If not follow instructions in documentation provided.
