Training Overview:
The iTeam offers face to face training workshops on a variety of software at no cost to faculty, staff, and students. Our mission is to provide you with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Workshops range in length from 1 hour to half-day sessions depending on the subject-matter, are often held multiple times per semester to accommodate busy schedules, and many offer Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced levels. Some workshops have prerequisites listed to ensure that attendees attending that particular workshop enter it with a similar knowledge base.

Software Support Overview
The iTeam will assist you in solving issues you may be having with any supported technology. You will also find self-help troubleshooting for many of the technologies on their respective pages in the Supported Technology section.
Consultation Overview:
The iTeam offers short-term consulting by appointment to assist you in choosing and using the appropriate academic technology to suit your learning outcome. For larger projects and on-going consultation see the Programs section.
Course Improvement Program:
If you are just beginning with WebCT and need help designing your course or if you are veteran and would like to give your course(s) a make over this program will help you do it.
