As a student at USD, there are several options for you for assistance, both here on campus and externally. The iTeam offers support, self-help files, and a variety of external links.

CE Help Menu

The help menus within your CE courses themselves are often the best, and fastest way to resolve your problems.  They are context specific and often comprehensive.  The Help link on a CE page is in the upper, right-hand corner of every page.

USD CE Help Files

CE Resources and Orientation for Students Course
All students are automatically enrolled in this course which is accessible from the CE ‘My Courses’ list on the page you see after you log-on or, if you are already in a course, by clicking ‘My Courses’ in the upper right-hand corner of a page.  The Resource course offers on-line training.
