CE (WebCT/Blackboard) Online Help Request


Please first read and complete the information in the form below. Most of the problems may be related to issues relating to items 1-4 listed below.

  1. Your CE account is the same as your USD account. Before submitting this request, please make sure that you have established and activated your email account.

  3. Complete Browser check and settings before reporting trouble with your course. Many problems are browser or settings related. Also, make sure that you have supported applications or viewers downloaded (Acrobat, Java, Flash, etc...).
