Q: Why am I Receiving an Error Changing My Password on Exchange Website (OWA)?If your Active Directory (AD) password has expired, you may be prompted to change your password when you log in to the Microsoft Exchange (OWA) website. If you visit http://exchange.sandiego.edu and log in with your expired password, you will see a white page with boxes for your username, old password, and new password.
If you need to change your password on this page, please add @ad.sandiego.edu to your username. For example, if your username is joe, type joe@ad.sandiego.edu in the box.
Please make sure your new password is not a repeat of an old password you have used, is at least 8 characters long, contains a letter/number/symbol, and is not based on a dictionary word.
