Q: I forgot my MySanDiego account password. How can I reset it?In order to reset your password, go to the MySanDiego portal web page
http://my.sandiego.edu . Click on the link "Forgot Password"
You will need the following information handy to complete the reset:
- USD ID Number
- Username
- Last 4 digits of your SSN
- Date of Birth
- The answer to your security question
Once you have verified your identity, you will be allowed to type in a new password.
Please Note: It may take up to an hour after you change your password before you can access some USD websites that require you to enter your MySanDiego username and password for access.
