Did You Know?

Q: I forgot my MySanDiego account password. How can I reset it?

In order to reset your password, go to the MySanDiego portal web page

http://my.sandiego.edu .  Click on the link "Forgot Password"

You will need the following information handy to complete the reset:

  • USD ID Number
  • Username
  • Last 4 digits of your SSN
  • Date of Birth
  • The answer to your security question

Once you have verified your identity, you will be allowed to type in a new password.

Please Note: It may take up to an hour after you change your password before you can access some USD websites that require you to enter your MySanDiego username and password for access.
