24/7 Phone Support: The ITS Help Desk is always available to help, Day or Night! Just call (619) 260-7900 (or x7900 from any on-campus extension) and one of our knowledgeable representatives will be available to assist you with your computing needs.
The ITS Help Desk can be found on the first floor of the Hahn University Center, adjacent to the student lounge, in room UC 117. Walk in support is available during the following times:
Fall/Spring Semester:- Monday-Thursday 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Monday-Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
