Procedure to Request an Active Directory Account
Active Directory (AD) provides central authentication/authorization to campus network resources. It is a prerequisite to access the Central File Server.
All users requesting AD accounts are required to download and complete the form “Staff & Faculty-AD & Oracle Self Service User Registration Form & Guidelines." Directions for faxing it to the Operations Team (Yolanda’s Team) are located at the top of the form. Users may also hand deliver the form to the Operations Team in Maher 170.
