UPDATE, April 30 9PM
The web and networking teams are continuing to enable central measures that seem to be stopping much of the spam seen via our online web forms earlier in the week. As an additional preventative measure, the web team is working to add MySanDiego authentication to web forms where possible; this can be done in cases where the form submissions are all intended to come from internal employee or faculty audiences. This authorization method will be fully enabled by Friday, May 2 and a member of the web team will contact you directly if your form(s) is/are eligible for authentication.
Thank you and if you are continuing to experience excessive spam via an online form hosted on the USD website, please notify the Help Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the URL/web address of the online form.
