On Friday, March 1, 2013 beginning at 5pm, Information Technology Services (ITS) will begin an upgrade of the Banner Operational Data Store (ODS) the is used for Cognos reporting. This upgrade will be completed on Saturday, March 2, 2013 by approximately 5pm. During this time, you will be unable to use any Cognos functions. Systems such as Banner, Oracle, and Noetix will not be affected during this upgrade.
