During this last week ITS has worked with our vendor to improve wireless performance for users on campus. If you were originally experiencing problems, we ask that you try the wireless again and email help@sandiego.edu with any feedback you might have.
The University of San Diego was one of the first schools in the nation to provide 802.11n wireless across campus, and our ITS Network team is always working on upgrading and improving the wireless for us all. We thank you for your patience in this matter, and encourage you to contact us if you continue experiencing problems.
Note: UTA residents are currently experiencing slower than usual speeds due to equipment failure. Residents have been contacted about this, and we will update the alert as we progress on the replacement equipment.
Contact ITS Help Desk for more information.
