On Tuesday July 10, 2012 from 8:00am to 5:00pm, facilities will be resurfacing some roofs in the University Terrace Apartments (UTAs). To perform this reroofing, ITS will need to disconnect communication equipment that services the UTAs. Wired and wireless Internet access and cable TV will be temporarily unavailable during this maintenance. In addition, phones installed in the UTAs will be unable to send and receive phone calls. If an emergency occurs during this time, please dial 911 from a cell phone. This outage will not affect phones in other areas of campus.
If you need access to the Internet or cable TV during this outage, we recommend using facilities in the UC/SLP. You can also use public computers in Copley library (open 8am-5pm) or Serra 205 (open 10am-6pm).
